Per Diem Staffing
This service provides clients with maximum staffing flexibility.
Clients can staff their schedule on a weekly or daily basis
and start and stop projects at will.
Local Contract Staffing
Local contract staffing provides clients with staffing support
for longer-term projects. When clients know that extra help
will be needed on a continuous basis for a designated period
of time, MedStaff Alternatives employees can be contracted
for those assignments. By contracting staff, clients can
meet objectives within specified time, cost and quality
ranges.
Temp to Hire
Clients use this option to fill current openings with the
potential of filling the position permanently. Flexible
terms can be arranged to transition MedStaff Alternative's
personnel.
Travel Contract Staffing
This service allows clients to fill long-term openings by
drawing from a pool of highly experienced medical personnel
from around the country. Travel contract assignments carry
a 13-week minimum. MedStaff Alternatives arranges and covers
all housing and travel expenses under this option.
